At Photos Australia we take the issue of online security very seriously.

Our website operates under the requirements outlined by our SSL certificate which ensures safe and secure online shopping.

Your credit card details go to Eway, our Commonwealth Bank recommended e-commerce gateway and are not stored by Photos Australia, to minimize the disclosure of your important information and provide an additional layer of security for all transactions.

We only record personal information to assist us in the dispatch of your orders, and at your request, send you relevant updates and news regarding our library via email.

We do not sell or provide access to your personal information to any other person, company or organization, under any circumstances.

Stock Availability

From time to time more popular images may be temporarily out of stock and thus be delayed in dispatch. In this case the buyer will be contacted promptly with a revised delivery date.

Delays will be minimal and when the image becomes available, follow up contact will advise when your order has been dispatched.

If for any reason the expected delivery date is longer than 14 days from notification, the purchaser will be given the option to select another image or a refund using the original payment method.

Delivery Costs

 

All costs quoted are inclusive of GST and cover standard postage anywhere in Australia.

Customers have the choice of selecting 'Registered Postage' at an additional cost. This payment must be included in the initial transaction.

International purchasers are advised to contact Photos Australia prior to purchasing to arrange payment and delivery overseas.

Returns Policy

 

If there is a need to return any goods to “Photos Australia”, please enclose the invoice/ receipt that was sent with your order, with a detailed explanation also enclosed.

Please note

Unless goods are damaged, you are responsible for return delivery costs and their safe return to us Please make sure proof of postage is enclosed.

We will address all returns as soon as they arrive back, but please allow up to 10 days for any returns to be processed. Any refunds will be made using the original method of payment.
